Good Company, however detiriorated in standards overall. The salary packages are not so good, also growth and increment happens only if you are able to be on the top of politics

Nothing as such, yes but what MHRIL was 15 years ago, is not what it is today. It has grown in number, however detiriorated in standards, big time.

The corporate leadership works for the betterment of the organization by implementing new management and operational procedures.

Dislikes

A lot of delay in petty works, low compensation, exorbitant work hours without compensation, and no ownership for leaders to assist the junior employees.

They allowed me to have a fast track resignation. And payed my salary on time

Dislikes

1. Worst People Management 2. Manipulation of Audits ( HR related) No timings no offs 3. Job threats during COVID times 4. A company grows because of the down the line staff. Managers manage but staffs works. When the staffs never say that they are the one who make a company operate at break even or GOP then how a regional head can say this to their employees " Be grateful to the company which has no asked you to move out and still.paying the salary" note: If you get a position of manager in CM and executive in any other brand. Please opt Executive. Thank Me later.

I realy like about the company that is the salary cycle which is very gud for all the employees.

Many things i dislike about the company they dnt have any herrarcy system how to attend the new cumers.when i was joine the c.m i am faces so many problems over there e.g regarding the dress code i dnt knw about the schdule nd roles h r never told me about the formals they just said go back to home change nd then come back. 2thing they were never give week offs to our employees which is very negative nd bad thing. In c.m people are working 12 hrs in a day they were reached at 9.30 in the mrng and the managers will released them 9.00 at ngt... Nd 3 thing there is no tea or coffee arangement for their employees they hava a machine material which is very harmful for health.so many things was there that they want some improve itself....i cnt explain here.

salary structure is based on how much the company can gain by providing limited salary with a low scope of increment based on work provided.
