Lots of stress in marketing, Marketing doing job as sales person. No leadership support. No work life balance. Issues in full and final settlements. Marketing Manager had to put his money on Marketing activities. Reimbursement policy is poor. Marketing Budget policy poor.

Worst company culture. Internal conflict, politics, leg pulling, no work life balance, only corporate bullying, salary deduction without valid reason.

...only join if you don't care about your health and family or dire in need of job. They don't value people and will even deduct your salary. Very long working hours.
