The demanding work hours and scheduling expectations for relationship managers demand thorough scrutiny and adjustment. 7. Office dynamics are severely affected by rampant instances of detrimental team politics. 8. The existing work culture poses a formidable challenge that demands extreme urgent attention. 9. Work culture is not good at all. Working hours are from morning 10 am to night 12 pm. Only 3 week offs in a month.

... threatened us to put money. I lost a lakh which I couldn’t retrieve. 7. So much of fake promises by the management to the employee in terms of salary, perks, customer Commitment etc., 8. If you want to be a real sales person my suggestion to avoid this company. 9. Timeshare is not for sales person. Fake,Fake and Fake. 10. I have gone through many sleepless nights because of this company. 11. If you want to earn money in a shorter note i would recommended this company. Strictly not for a person who is having passion on sales. Company screw both the customers and employees. Only they will look upon theirself.
