It was a worst experience ever in my career, too much politics between south people and north people, worst management, infinite working hour, they always force to work beyond the shift time, if you will follow the shift timings I am sure you will be fired very soon, I worked at Chennai mount road branch and I would like to point out some worst management members like Mr. Anand, Mr. Rajesh and Mrs. Linda, they will do lots of politics. I would never recommend anyone to work with these fellows. And remember if you handling good in your team you won't get appreciation or incentive but another works loads. They will fully support south indian people and pretend to be supportive with north indian people. On month end last 2-3 days they will force you to work overnight even your project is finished you have to stay and do others work, but they will feed you dinner in compensation.

...cts & promotes employees hard work by nominating in RNR. No certain favouritism. Salary gets credited on timely basis.

... No hybrid option. No appraisal pay for nearly 1 & half year. No incentives. Salary bar is lowest as compared to market standards. Never had bonus. Even Saturday Sunday we need to work.

Not any chance of career growth. Work pressure is very high. I've to work 12 hrs daily without any compensation. Management doesn't not value an individual's unique strengths. Also there is no on job training for fresher, hence I have to guide them step by step which is painful sometimes.

Job security if you are in company pay roll also benefits given by the company is good only for pay roll employees

Poor salary and incentives there is no career growth i already worked with them almost 6 year in same position they only change grade not your work profile. I really love my job wanted to work harder but it paye nothing to employees in return and ultimately it demotivates them which will leads them to leave there jobs and look forward to some other options, This is how they loose there best employees. Instead of doing appraisals and promotion of existing staff and motivating them... They start searching for replacement and they gonna pay higher salary to new employee with zero experience but not agree to increase the salary of existing employees. Also there is lots of politics, if you are looking for good career growth so don't work with them
