We had done the work of our understanding to the company, never asked for low salary, now I regret why I gave my time here

I gave my whole life to the company and the company has placed me somewhere today. I did not find the management of the company right at all, I do my own thing.

We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

Dislikes

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.

Earlier it used to be Culture and company policies. But since the management has changed it’s a pathetic situation. Old employees at senior level of 22+ years in the organisation has also been sacked.

... have small suggestion in future we can do less paper work business like bank. We can do better then bank but some were missing salary customers they prefer bank. We are giving quick dispendment but some paper missing we can't give same days. This my suggestion our mahindra
