... good but about security of job was something like it was not benefited to me .. salary was on time ... Some politics was there on our area...environment was clear and cool ....but my experience was something like good bt not so nice ...

Unnecessary late work at the office ... Minimum Holiday .... Working for late night... If necessary it's ok... But daily ...it's unbelievable....

...nt is preety good here. Ambience, work desk , cafeteria everything is top notch. Even the salary gets credited 2-3 days before the month ends.

NO FAIR APRRAISAL & PROMOTIONS TO THE EMPLOYEES. IN A VERY SMALL SALARY LOTS OF WORK TO THE EMPLOYEE...AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FAVOURTISM AND REFERENCES WORKS INSTEAD OF HARDWORK HERE...

Good work environment and culture.Teammates ase suppotive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good , appraisal are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Overall my current company is good for learning about the sales, competition, working ethics and most important how to writing mail, good working environment and culture. Clear and transparent policies.

...wth is slow. And appraisal is not done last year and not done in this year aslo. No salary increment and yearly bonus also stopped.
