My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely and also good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their effort.

Dislikes

There is nothing i dislike about the job in particular, But i honestly say that i have a family, i have one daughter and better salary is really needed that time with all the expenses... Company Refuse to pay the salary actually how much i need. So, I resigned my job...

... huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .company policies are very good .appraisals are fair they give good salary and also bonus every year but last year no any bonus and no any salary increment.and this year we don't know company policies about increment and bonus .

Dislikes

there is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues .i am working as a cashier and back office since from 3 years my salary is very low .last time I am ready for giving the resign but I am waiting for appraisal to this year .

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Salary is good but career growth is very slow when you working as a cashier,there are no any grade promotion untill you are promoted for the post of accountant

...nt is preety good here. Ambience, work desk , cafeteria everything is top notch. Even the salary gets credited 2-3 days before the month ends.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a no bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.
