NO FAIR APRRAISAL & PROMOTIONS TO THE EMPLOYEES. IN A VERY SMALL SALARY LOTS OF WORK TO THE EMPLOYEE...AND MOST IMPORTANTLY FAVOURTISM AND REFERENCES WORKS INSTEAD OF HARDWORK HERE...

If you are part of sales or business you will be well compensated, Accounts Department has no scope.

...urdays and Sundays/ Extra hours. No work life balance, average 11-12 hrs work. Pathetic salary hike and growth in Accounts Department. They pressure you to work till late , and to not take leaves . There is no health insurance or allowances for lower posts.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Also 100% salary gives to all employees in lockdown covid 19. Company all employees and officers like as a good family.

Mahindra finance started on 1 January 1991 as Maxi Motors Financial Services Limited They received the certificate of commencement of business on 19 Feburary 1991 on 3 November 1992 Mahindra finance is registered with the reserve Bank of india as an asset finance deposit taking NBFC.

Dislikes

... nothing much to do this is not across every dept though . Depends on your RA. A bit too relaxed work environment the salary structure is not up to the mark compared to other NBFCs, especially the bonus components.

...ny. 4- high authority recommended person will get promoted rather than others. 5- doesn't want to pay their employes good enough as others companies do 6- very poor incentive slabs and criteria. Many more........things to be change..
