... very feasible and the work gets completed on time. No such pressure of targets. The salary offered by the company is not satisfactory. Talking about appraisals, yes if you be there for more than 1.5 years n work good, complete your work on time, do not keep any task pending, if you have a degree and you studied enough from the others, then you will be definitely considered for appraisals. Mine was not that monotonous job. I learned alot of things everytime.

Good work environment and culture,team are supportive , company polices is good but Appraisal is not satisfied but more Learning in Mahindra Rural housing finance ltd last 4yers experience also I have 6month on team mentorship work role play..

Yes there is lot of Politics and management dosen't address our issues Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow....due to I have resigned it..

They will never promote genuine employee never give a pay rise no bonus no grade change like a slave You can work there for 5+ years with the same salary even your managers will not support you for promotions and salary hike

We get salary timely without any delay. This is the only good thing about this company.

No hybrid work culture, no work life balance (depends on your manager), as per policy only 3rd Saturday off but that too company can withdraw it at any moment. Incentive policies are critical to achieve RBMIs. Every month is March closing. Every month last Sunday is normal working day.

... have small suggestion in future we can do less paper work business like bank. We can do better then bank but some were missing salary customers they prefer bank. We are giving quick dispendment but some paper missing we can't give same days. This my suggestion our mahindra
