...actual performace. There are more apportunities specially for dedicate employee. they give good salary & performance pay during annual appraisal.

Office working time is not good. On the Probation period job trainning is not given by company.

...nt is preety good here. Ambience, work desk , cafeteria everything is top notch. Even the salary gets credited 2-3 days before the month ends.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and but they give low salary hike and but bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a no bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is given to new joinees.

I m working with this company since 17 years. There is well work life balance. Time to time new technology introduced by Co. And get trained by them. This Co. Is great place to work..
