Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and fair and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new Joinees.

I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

Cost cutting is more which in turn will be difficult when we take decisions at the time of doing events or installing things. Old government style of working, no tools provided

Dislikes

Strict time followed by diploma and iti holders working in manufacturing plant. Discrimination done at same level. If there is little senior he will get desk job through buttering to his boss.
