Working for mahindra is good but when it comes to mahindra dealership it is complete terrible salary package is worst incentives which is told by dealer are never given by them Sales Executise are treated in a very bad manner Overall working for dealerships are at it worsy

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.compaby policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of policies and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

1. Salary is lower compared to the work load and the top-notch job employees are doing. 2. Work-life balance is compromised many a times.

No promotions Low salary structure (like labour) No one to hear your grievances Self narcissistic culture of working in a big brand Most of the divisions are loss making except auto and tractor division Expenses right out of your pocket for company work
