In mahindra i learned lot because i am freesher. this is my first job. and i accept some more salary. growth is there and within a short period of time i will be DSM. Work environment is fantastic all the managers are close to me and evry situation they will help. and i handling ICV Sagment vehicals this is good experience for me. i am also new and in our company ICV sagment is also new. and we are manufacturing latest technology based trucks it helps to learn lot. thank you.

Dislikes

i think freshers they need some traing. and growth is also less because i work more than 12 hours within a day and meeting a clients. and also reciving a calls i got apprition by our coustomers but not our teamates.

1. No organisational hierarchy barrier. 2. Top management and seniors are easily approachable.

1. Salary is lower compared to the work load and the top-notch job employees are doing. 2. Work-life balance is compromised many a times.
