...s not a good place to work. I'll really not recommend anyone to work over there. In very less salary they will keep pushing us to work more then our actually limit.

Yes i am really proud to be an employee of mahindra finance. In this pandemic situation my team members, managers seniors also supporting me.

Compensation is ok,but growth is slow. Sometimes work preasure is very high

I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.

Cost cutting is more which in turn will be difficult when we take decisions at the time of doing events or installing things. Old government style of working, no tools provided
