...ep on getting empty work done. No worker has been confirmed since last 7 years. Neither do salary increments. The management keeps doing its hooliganism and if anyone tells them, they would have been thrown out of the company... Mahindra n Mahindra swraaj division Mohali punjab

...arent. There is a huge cafeteria amd gaming arcade bt not a worker only showoff.company policies are not good,appraisals are not fair and they give not good salary and bonus every year.

...ndra tool & die plant. You can choose it for Internship or 1-2 year training. You can get salary on time.

Dislikes

1. It feels like a very good organization but my suggestion is don't join as a diploma trainee. organization is ruining their career. 2.When new trainee joined they welcomes him / her by giving a lot of load. They want 100% output without proper training. 3. They want output of a senior person from a fresher. 4. Organization tree structure is very poor. there are a lot of people in senior management but less people in operational. and more than 50 % manpower is trainees having maximum 3yr experience & freshers. 5. There is no career growth. 6. As per new policies organization is not confirming people and discontinuing after 2yrs completion of their training. Even if his / her performance is very good in their respective work fields. Due to this people are getting stress & depresses. 7. Executive officers are also unsatisfied in this organization. They are getting very low salaries, late promotions and less increment always. and this salary structure is continuing since starting of the organisation nothing has changed in this pay structure. 8. HR is not supportive. They don't work for employees, they are working for senior management. I never seen this before. And they always told like we don't have authorization to solve your concerns, senior management will take decision on your problems. 9. Lot of politics in everything and everywhere. 10. They were giving hope like policies is going to changed soon we will confirm you as executive soon. after 2yrs they discontinue them after getting efficient output. 11. This system, working culture, promotions and salary is very poor than a Tire -3 industry. Also there is no bonus and no appreciation for your work. 12. No one is happily working here and everyone is having lot of work pressure and lot of stress about their career growth.

...so satisfy with my learning. Always chance to go foreign countries for training. Company policy, salary,increment,basic,health and education,employee care so I love mahindra company.

Always work in pressure,no chances to do any mistake and sometimes doing extra hour .
