Good work environment and culture. Tha management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give normal salary and bonus every year.

There is lot of politics. Salary is normal and career growth is slow. There is no increments in salary.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.

I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

Company culture It feels like we worked for 3 yr but actually its 1.5 yr only. With this example I think you can guess what I'm trying to say.
