I only like work. Except for that work life balance is not good Compensation is ok Hike ok Overall company culture is not good

...res a lot of hard work and patience to work here, learn a lot from working here. Found this company also gives job security to its employees, if you have passion to do your work, then salary is also available on time.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.Suddenly makes the work load too much and this is the reason that people leave the company early, here only the people with high salary are given the company. Let's get all the benefits please pay a little attention to this thank you...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

Bad experience due to internal politics with senior. Where senior are unable to allocate work task as well as compensation. After resignation of mine boss are not able to gain promotion
