...fe balance is very poor and always creates un necessary pressure upon employees. Compensation benefits are also very poor. there will be no transparancy in terms of compensation.

Cost cutting is more which in turn will be difficult when we take decisions at the time of doing events or installing things. Old government style of working, no tools provided

Growth, compensation, support, talent recognition, benefits, Work life balance, staff, all the aspects are way to much poor and it's frustrating to work here. Work is non systematic and more like any tier 3 vendor company.

Mahindra and Mahindra is a good place to work. All the people are very helpful and cooperative.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are very less in production departments as compared to design and other technical departments. Work saturation is huge.
