Dislikes

Growth, compensation, support, talent recognition, benefits, Work life balance, staff, all the aspects are way to much poor and it's frustrating to work here. Work is non systematic and more like any tier 3 vendor company.

Mahindra and Mahindra is a good place to work. All the people are very helpful and cooperative.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are very less in production departments as compared to design and other technical departments. Work saturation is huge.

Salary compensation is very poor. Appraisal cycle is not common when compared to other Auto manufacturers Your hike depends upon vehicle sales.

Absolutely no guidance at all. Concept of Knowledge transfer does not exist. Company works on *highly urgent* and *work-is-expected-to-be-completed-yesterday* basis all 365 days a year.
