compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.somtimes,I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day, as I attend Clint call in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Cost cutting is more which in turn will be difficult when we take decisions at the time of doing events or installing things. Old government style of working, no tools provided

Dislikes

Strict time followed by diploma and iti holders working in manufacturing plant. Discrimination done at same level. If there is little senior he will get desk job through buttering to his boss.
