Mahindra Agri Solutions does not have any long term vision or plan. This company has struggled in making a space in agri sector however failing again and again. Top bosses are not from agricultural background. They fail to understand nuances of agri business. In long term there is no growth opportunity as company has stopped investing in this business. This group company gets step child tenement from the group company. Employee Stock Options are given to only top most management and that too not of M&M. They get ESOPs of Mahindra Agri which has got zero value. Even fuel reimbursement is lower in Mahindra Agri than M&M. I dont suggest this company for long term engagement.

Good team /Supportive leaders .HR policies are aligned but still structured and organised working is missing

The company develops Skills like Handling high work load and Pressure, Teamwork, exporting goods at each steps quality control and legal specifications

Dislikes

it is seasonable company, export seasonable fruits so definitely work pressure is high, sometimes to work for 14-15 hr. staight in a day or sometimes to work till late night.

Excellent fill that a new brand Nupro from Mahindra was lunching in west bengal 6th July 2015 and also developed distributor chane and continue business in market and also doing growth constantly... I think its a fortunet opportunity for me .. our team is very effective and results full. And appraisal will be in November every year performance beased. Environment is like a family.

It's excellent campany of the Maharashtra. It is good handling apparatus. To maintain a personal hygiene,quality control, GMP, HACCP , ISO & BRC etc... GRAPES EXPORT CAMPANY COMMENTS... It's good for consumption.... thanks
