Worst manegement i ever seen HR giving promise for giving on roal Based on performance. My performance is excellent( saying from our department manager ) but manegement did not keep his promise

Company has good environment to work ,here all are supporting people are there in this company,this company is very precious in work ,and producing excellent quality products of air craft and aeroplanes,good in appraisals, travels and food facility is very nice,good about trainings on all standards awareness, lot of things are there to learn, totally this company is one of the best organisation to work.

Growth is slow and little bit of work pressure.

It's Very good different Customers like Airbus /Boeing lnternational Customer Satisfaction meets in production /Planning on going management etc
