There are some people who are seriously best and they are very helpfull, machines and all are seriously good for learning if manager Maharshi Trivedi allow to apprentice

Lests talk about the atmosphere of Vadodara plant then it's seriously not at all good , the manager having a big ego and have a very bad attitude toward the team labour and even cppl team , the management team they are totally rude and bad behaviour specially purvesh khair he's not a vise man he's make pressure on the lower grades PPL and don't khow how to communicate , canteen facilities are not good and washroom are always messy I seen for a year not a single day they were clean blockage, broken pipes and such shits

I started my career here as a GET and the exposure I got was fabulous. I was introduced to a lot of new fields and I truly enjoyed my tenure at Mahindra Accelo. The senior management is very welcoming and this company has an open culture. One can approach senior management without hesitation. I am truly grateful to the team at Mahindra Accel
