I have exams of CA-Inter gr-2 and I asked for 1 month exam leave and he said you will only get exam day leave. And from after that day he started noticing my each and everything and he indirectly don't want me in the firm so I resigned. But yet I didn't receive my stipend and other expenses. I don't suggest this firm.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
