Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The company is open to innovation. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a domestic client base . As a result I get to travel out of my state , but on site travel is dependent on your project,we happily in collaboration I also like that job.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow,the work is pressure is very high , sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day, manager do not value an individual unique strengths which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time.
