Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Nothing to like in maheswari fasteners... there is zero leaves per year... for every leave salary will be deducted... no health insurance and no gratuity... pakka marvadi management...

Dislikes

The MD used to start daily reviews from 7pm to 8pm... all office staff have to wait for 8pm daily... we will miss family life... there is no leave, every leave is a loss of pay... no health insurance and no gratuity... in one word no benefits given to employees....
