Work credits are taken by managers. But field geologists are truly dedicated. They should be given importance. Insurance policy should be done to Every employee working in the field. Because traverse mapping is most risky work which should be taken care of. Atleast insurance. Not only maheshwari every exploration company should give.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
