They will keep changing ur job post wether u want it ot not so sometimes u get to learn different thing about different field

Dislikes

No compensation given to employees during this pandemic, after all this time they still had not raised salary for anyone(past three years) , only 10k given to those that are willing to work right now wether ur salary were 15k or 20k even labours got more then employees, they will fire u or will tell u to take a leave for week even if they dont hv work for 2-3 days. No respect given to anyone wether it senior employees or junior. I wouldn't recommend anyone to join this organisation.

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
