All over bad like, worst management about job security and employees working culture, no promotion, no salary improvement, no career growth. They are couldn't afford our employees in metro cities.

We got a new friends there is the only good thing in the organization.

Dislikes

The organization is not treating a employee in a right way. There is no proper salary hike and no proper work life balance, because if an employee wants to take a week off he /she got a permission from the higher authority even if it is his /her own rights in every time. They treat the employees as uneducated labours.

...wth, work place looks like office but they treated employees as school children. There is no salary growth. Very worst company culture and too many system trouble while working hours.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's one of the good company for freshers and every one can able crack the interview. All kind of graduates can easily get the job in this company.

...ce is like a college computer lab. There is a lot of work pressure and politics. Salary is too low. It's very poor for experience candidates because experience candidates also treated like a fresher . There is no career growth. Very worst management.
