No respect, no professionalism at all from managers level people especially CFO will torture n harass the employees like anything. He is worst person ever seen in my career. Very dissatisfied person whatever you do, he ll not agree at all.

Too much of undue work pressure. No proper recognition for any work done. HR manager doesn't know zilch about HR and he is completely managements guy. Utter shambolic planning and every decision is taken at the last moment. Only money matters and not customers satisfaction

The culture of assistant manager is very bad and need to share all our personal things to her then she will be good need to run behind her every time then she will be good

First of all most of the reviews shared here are sent by anonymous! (Means self made reviews by the HR) Few things I would like to highlight. 1. Once you are selected you will be treated like a sh**. Do what is ordered by the management. 2. You will not be appreciated for your achievements. Infact the management will pull you down for the silliest errors. 3. Salaries are delayed for more than 45 days. 4. Politics & divide & rule system 5. Team motivation is ZERO. 6. Especially HR has no idea how to recruit the right candidates & Even post selection there is no induction & formal intro to the team.
