3 years 8 + HOD changed . HR not supported to hold manpower. Hard duuty hrs 12 hrs shift.providing accomodation inside company boundary and expected to serv 24 hrs.

Not providing accomodation and sallary deducted if you late even 10 min. Lack of quantity manpower.. accept sallary no other benefits provided.

Company work is very good. This is manufacturer company and hard working I like hard & technical work.

Dislikes

I have to work 12 to 14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend Clint call in the evening and some times late in to the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time and there was no arrangements for sitting there.
