Work life balance is ok...employe have 7 permission..no over time working

Unnecessary salary deduction....holding incentives....no value for people....no empowerment...micro management...delay response by management....very much less availability and scope of reach to management.

No value for employees in accounts, killing of our experience only. Not suggest able for experience candidate.. if required your sugar level and bp level high you can join for freshers ok for some time, they don't give any appointment letter and experience letters

They never support their Employees all they need is money, even when you work for the whole month they pay you half of the salary..

It was a great experience to learn and develop my technical skills in Mahavir Skoda pvt ltd. Everyday new challenges makes us more talented and creative to learn and achieve the mechanical knowledge. However within 6 months of my training period, I had gain a much of technical knowledge which I can perform whenever required.

Dislikes

Anyhow in training period the amount of pay is less but as we get experience the pay and hike in salary will be surely good. Apart from salary if the distance to office is less then obviously life will be good for sure.
