I feel Mahathi Infra Services Pvt Ltd is really good choice to work. Salary always on time, appraisals happens but late. Found no politics, one can learn good things which are beneficial for self & company growth, work environment is perfect since hierarchies are very supportive in all aspects. Pure corporate culture is must to be innovated, work & self life one has to balance.

They treat us like a family and coming to the work load every company will be expecting from us for which they are paying us and in the same way mahathi also thinks. No company pays us for sitting idle.

The company is open to innovation adopts latest technology. I am very happy to lead the department and delivery the product with Safety, Reliable and fill filling of All Quality aspects. By this experience I have very femilier with ASME Sections and IBR Codes. I have to share my code knowledge with my colleagues to improve myself and personnel skills.
