Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. The method of demotion of the security personnel working in Maharashtra State Security Corporation is wrong. Those employees who are working since 2014 should be fined a certain amount according to their seniority and promoted to their previous posts. thank you
