...mpany (PSU ) in transmission sector. Transforming the substations to automation. Work environment is excellent and salary is as per government policy.

Most higher authorities are good to take quick decisions. Best Trainings arrangment for technical employees.

Dislikes

At some point HR and finance section are still working in an old framework. Job will more interesting if all work will be online.

U Cannot Promote based on your Performance. For Promotion, you have to wait atleast for 10 Year. If not from Reservation, You may wait for 15 to 20 Years. Work Performance is not have value in Govt. State Power Companies.
