Name bade hai and darshan khote hai company k. Upto 6 - 6 months Salary holding issue in the company.. Company management is 3rd class because there is no system. For the new employees managements not good and harassing mentally upto bottle nacked. all those things i told you guys because i was suffered in the company. old employees are making politics with new upto higher level. this is the remote area no one join immediately. overall management is very third class. So after all decisions & choice is yours.

No work culture No manpower plan No life Because of 12hr jib.. Pay scale is very poor.. Who doesn't hv option that is the best option.

No promotion, if they give promotion they will not increase salary , Children of Employees are not provided any job in Company bechare Employees ke bacho ke liye job bhi nahi aese bohat Employees h jinke ek bhi ladka ladki Graduate hote huye bhi company m job nahi mili tum kya ma ke pet se sikh ke aaye the Employees ke bache h wo Employee jo 10 years se aapki company chla rahe h aese Employees ke liye Company kuch nahi kar sakti job bhi nahi de sakti unke bacho ko .

...t/training for new things 3. Mgt doesn't feel need to upgrade employee skills 4. Salary is almost 25% less than average mkt trend 5. Holding Employee salary (some portion) like a Guarantee 6. Top level team is so satisfied that they hardly leave org. Which blocks way for new Gen. 7. People lost hope or doubt own capabilities 8. Employee engagement for personal family functions... I feel 'Un professional " 9. Long term contract which bother every new person.. in modern days such things r marked as Outdated!
