Here maximum persons are appreciating the salary structure. Let me tell you this MRIDC is not giving above the cloud salary .. but here salaries are at par with other PSUs. But yes MRIDC has maintained the salary structure at per the other PSU policies but that is also not cleared. It will only be decided by MD and DGM HR. no one is here to control or regulate the policies. Also due to job security no body says anything. I think some one need to blow whistle one day against these opaque practices.

The list is very long- 1. Here you have do die every day. All of sudden you will get a call from HR dept ( with the direction of DGM HR) that you are fired. So here MRIDC is just like a LALA company. I don't know why no body has filed any PIL against this corrupt practices of HIRING and FIRING by MD and DGM HR after all this organisation is working with public funds. 2. You will be governed with HR rules that are just like UK constitution ( unwritten). 3. I don't know how Central Vigilance Commission is unaware about the opaque practices of fund expenditure.

Being an Govt Company, salary is on time. Dearness Allowance applicable like Govt employee. Office time is 10am to - 6pm, so family life gets balanced.

No proper conveyance of policies related to HR. Being an Govt Company you must be available to do any kind of work though it is not from your past background in betterment of project and organisation.

No clarity in policies and promotions, different policies for each person, increments are random, bonds at joining as well as increments and promotions. Job insecurity. Terminations quite frequent. High communication gaps, lethargic work culture. More show off, less work

No 1 Month Notice Period. This Company Only Required Non Maharashtraian Members. They don't want working people. Only people who sit and eat in the office are wanted. And they don't want HR here, all outsiders.
