Here maximum persons are appreciating the salary structure. Let me tell you this MRIDC is not giving above the cloud salary .. but here salaries are at par with other PSUs. But yes MRIDC has maintained the salary structure at per the other PSU policies but that is also not cleared. It will only be decided by MD and DGM HR. no one ishere to control or regulate the policies. Also due to job security no body says anything. The list is very long- 1. Here you have do die every day. All of sudden you will get a call from HR dept ( with the direction of DGM HR) that you are fired. So here MRIDC is just like a LALA company. I don't know why no body has filed any PIL against this corrupt practices of HIRING and FIRING by MD and DGM HR after all this organisation is working with public funds. 2. You will be governed with HR rules that are just like UK constitution ( unwritten). 3. I don't know how Central Vigilance Commission is unaware about the opaque practices of fund expenditure....Read More

Terrible promotion policy. Different for different individuals. No homogeneous and transparent policy. DGM HR ego is higher than Mt Everest. She is the only one who got 3 promotions with in 5 yrs. She is the only one who is still serving the company from the last 6 yrs and this year they put a filter of 5 yrs and click every one outfrom the company those have already served 5 yrs but DGM HR is still there....Read More
