...en taken by the Organization. Vehicles were arranged for pick and drop of staff. But all staff are facing salary cuts due to lack of revenue to hospital, since Inpatient occupancy has reduced because of COVID. Apart from this there is no other issue.

Dislikes

The culture here is very traditional and old, staff do not accept the fact that they have to match the pace of the world and work. Moreover there are lot of disagreements while implementing new ideas. Being in the management, this becomes a challenge to work in here.
