Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It is a very cheap industry,there is don't have any career opportunities for employees working inside. The industry only treats their employees like a slave. And they don't provide salaries on time ,they delay the salaries even for 1 month. Their employees are so upset with their behaviour but still all are working there for personal needs. They don't see the qualification of employee, just paying them according to a person's behaviour. Even they paying more to the 12th paas student compare to graduate employees. Work balance is very poor. No one is punchual there ,Even they don't give satisfaction to employees. My advice is to all to not to go there for work. Otherwise you will feel like 'Hum to paani paani ho gye😂'
