Bad work environment. Seniors are not supportive and the management is to bad. No hike in salary after 2 years. They treat engineer like a painter. Engineer has to work on site as a painter. And sometimes engineer has to do all the work like marketing + work execute + paint on the site. Scheme changes every 6 months they are
