Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? mahara is human resource company and they hire candidate on contact basis with third party agreement. and hand over to contracting company and after that no one is responsible for you. this is the face of mahara.
