Dislikes

Annual increament process is very bad.Though company making huge Profit head HR (from corporate) fixed that 10percent people should get Not satisfactory.And it is fixed.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx).
