I love the the fact that i am part of Mahamaya that markets reliable, high quality products and growing global client base. I have got opportunity to travel abroad like China. You get to learn a lot from the seniors who are readily available to teach. The working hours are flexible (8 hours).

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and steady.

Mahamaya is really a good platform for a person who really want to learn and grow himself. It is full secured job and work culture is very friendly. Management is good but there is little lack for extra effort like a businessman. Company policy are good favourable for employer and employee.

Dislikes

Now a day, business environment has changed. So I think Mahamaya need accept these and should be adaptable for every kind of business change. There is huge potential in company products but need to identify these and should be become first and fast mover.

every company have like & dislike quality.but it is ignoring because of 90%works are like &10% are dislike so Company have not bad quality work .every humans are mistake fortunately or unfortunately....

This company is open to innovation, inventions &readily adopt latest technology usages in technical & technology.i am really Imprest they going to present scenario working &Trying to placed new products.i am very happy to describe that I am part of this organisation of the team.high quality products as a result oriented products.

nothing especially to like...they took the interview for Import Manager & after joining they asked for the profile for export Manager.Hence, i dont have any choice to say.Also mostly people only stays 3months to 9months at Mahamaya because of the Job Insecurity/wrong commitments/irreculant HR policies/terrible behaviour & negative relationship with Market.

Wrong commitments/Negative relationship with employees/market, No leave on saturday/Sunday, False discussion with employees for everytime for everything.
