There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Overall management and higher management is not capable to understand the regular challenges and they will look for employees satisfaction.

First time in my life ,i face Racism in this organisation.Mangers have no etiquette to speak with staff and also do bad comments about families also.no good culture to work for girls,pathetic enviornment

Mahalaxmi Automotive pvt.ltd is one of the best dealership having branches at Baramati,Shirur, Head office Pune,with positive working environment good exposure for employees & great support to customer concern rating over satisfaction index is 10 out of 10.

Managing Director Shri Nitin Satav sir ji work style superb and he encouraged me all time , my career graph in Mahalaxmi start as a cashier and end as Account officer. I teaching a lot from company and director. I am very thankful Mahalaxmi and MD give me opportunity for my career development.

Few persons politics I don't like that's why I switch from job other wise I am not ready to switch from company till retired....
