Likes

Mahalasa construction is the beneficial for fresher diploma or degree holders. Not for suitable for experience holder, because salary growth/career growth/job security are very very poor.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career/salary growth is slow.

Seniors are helpful, Company is in growing stage, All staff is very experienced and was part of very big company... Now again at revival stage with different name. And Hardwork & Excellence appreciated.

Dislikes

No employee welfare, no regular appraisal, Struggles to even provide basic facilities... Owner driven firm...
