Very bad exp of my working in this company not paying salary in time not giving promotion Office politics is also there working culture is very seniors are treating like a slave not an engineer I'm working from 2 month still not received the salary

They are not giving any week offs toh have to work every day and you will not get salary in time and many more are there

Facility provided by MPL group is as per corporate market. Limited very less facility and very small groth in your salary.

Overall good for fresher, they don't ask even any question to freshers. If you work as Business development officer you are free bird, because no one ask you question. They give target but if you not complete target no one ask you question.

Dislikes

Work culture is worst, salary date is not proper in this company. Petrol reimbursement date is 18 of every month but they credit in the date of after 23. Incentive structure is not proper. Every one is getting low salary and they travel more than 80km per day that all are noticed by CRM app. They deduct salary for unreason if you raise the question means they said you are not entering data in CRM app.

There is nothing for like. Because in this company they deduct employees salary without any reason and they dont want listen any thing.

Management dont know how to treat with their employees. They treat like a bagger only.
