There is nothing for like. Because in this company they deduct employees salary without any reason and they dont want listen any thing.

Management dont know how to treat with their employees. They treat like a bagger only.

Except marketing dept rest of the department is good. This company is good for freshers who are unable to find a job in any other companies. A candidate can learn many things (from procurement of raw materials to the final dispatch of material)

...ules and regulations as per their mood. No benefits provided to the employees. They don't provide salary slip. Salary is calculated as per daily basis, No holiday. They give salary in hand (hard cash) No employee payroll system. No leave provision, no health care and medical insurance.

I am left from organisation July 2023. Till date not received July month salary, experience lette, reliving letter and gratuity. I giving regularly emails and call but no response from company..

Very bad exp of my working in this company not paying salary in time not giving promotion Office politics is also there working culture is very seniors are treating like a slave not an engineer I'm working from 2 month still not received the salary

They are not giving any week offs toh have to work every day and you will not get salary in time and many more are there

Facility provided by MPL group is as per corporate market. Limited very less facility and very small groth in your salary.
