Company cheats. Will fire next day without any notice if you take leave. Will not give salary and keep it on hold for months. Variable remains a dream. They will tell you that you will get the variable on sale but you will just wait. No relieving or experience letter will be given to you to prove your employment to future employer. They won't meet you or pick up the phone if you try to contact them for payment of salary or full and final settlement.

...l treat you like a field labourer. Give homework to study on one day weekly off. Received no salary after working for 3 months. Got no documents. Career ruining opportunity.

Director of the company is like Hitler, not giving the incentive to any candidate and in the end everyone leaves the company

No management, worst company in my career, rude behavior and cheap language use by the director to every employees including girls also

Dislikes

This is one of the worst company I came across in my starting carrier. They don't provide a person induction and training. Within a week they start expecting results, company environment is not healthy. They keep on pressurizing an employee. There are no planned leaves, no sick leaves and no other benefits.
