Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The company pays full salary on time without fail, by bank transfer. PF, ESIC is compulsory. Along with monthly salary itself, EXTRA proportional amount towards Over Time, Earned Leave/National Holidays, Bonus, Gratuity, Petty cash Vouchers, COMPLETE is paid EACH MONTH. Very strict policies, but conveyed to all fully in writing in advance as FAQ and part of Service Contract. They do not accept candidates who frequently change jobs. 60% staff is working for more than 20 years. 100% safe for ladies as the entire office covered by CCTV. The company bears 10% cost of the vehicle for those who work for 3 years. If you are honest, sincere, hardworking, then many of their staff has risen from Peon/Driver/Chemist's post to highest posts like Branch Manager, Director and Managing Director. The company helps to do your own business if it's not obstructing the company working. You can take leave anytime/day just with intimation. [Since excess payment COMPENSATION is paid for total earned leave/national holidays with salary].

Dislikes

An army like organization. Strict & disciplined in working. No chances of doing any corruption. Can't cheat, steal, any of the company property. Entire office work, computer work, mobile location, tracked by the company during working hours. So no chance to cheat the company, lie or postpone the work. Salaries are not very high. Can't flirt with ladies staff. Company compels to wear a uniform, safety shoes, eye goggles, helmet etc.
